ABOUT Pu-erh or Pu'er is a variety of fermented and aged dark tea. The best known variety of this category of tea is Pu-erh from Yunnan Province.
TASTE The aroma is rich and deep and the brewed tea has a soft, sweet earthiness with notes of dried fruit.
PREPARATION Heat water to 212 F, steep 4 minutes.

Some of our teas can be infused as many as 3-6 times. The weight of the tea ranges from 50-100 grams depending on volume.
