ABOUT Pu-erh or Pu'er is a variety of fermented and aged dark tea. The best known variety of this category of tea is Pu-erh from Yunnan Province. Jing Mai Old Tree Raw Pu Erh is harvested from 100-year-old trees growing wild on the slopes of the Jing Mai Mountains. In this protected national preserve, large-leafed trees have flourished for hundreds, even thousands of years.
